This might be the viral thing but it’s a very good workstation. It doesn’t one with instructions but you can find loads of youtubers who have unboxed and demonstrated exercises. It is good for beginners and super fr advanced workouts so plenty of room to improve without having to ditch the work board. It’s great, i put mine on a thin yoga/exercise mat for added stability. I love it and i usually hate exercising. Excellent and bonus price as they are more than twice the price in normal retail outlets.

It doesn't arrive as shown in the photo, meaning it's not the same model. I was missing some parts (from the hands), but the instructions show another machine, so it's not the same model. It's not bad but that's the flaw.
